Claims are submitted automatically through Headway when you complete a session. Headway generates the required forms and submits them electronically to the appropriate insurance provider.
If a claim is denied, you will receive a notification through Headway with the reason. Headway's support team can help you correct and resubmit the claim. You may also bill the client directly for denied claims.
Payment timelines vary by insurance provider. Most claims are processed within 2-4 weeks through Headway. You can track the status of your payments in your Headway dashboard.
